On Camera

Expanding our Summer 2020 On Camera program, this program includes two distinct components: Acting for the Camera and In the Writer's Room, giving students time to fully engage in both aspects.

Acting For the Camera: Allow the camera to capture the full impact of your eyes, thoughts, and reactions! Using scenes and commercial sides, we’ll dive into acting technique, while meeting the technical demands of the medium. Learn about eye-line and focus, and how to maximize the nuances of your performance for a variety of camera angles.

In the Writer’s Room: Join PGT’s virtual writing room this season! Working with your team, you will create fresh content; from developing and pitching a new idea, to storyboarding and writing a script, to a finished product which you will cast (maybe with your own family members....and pets?!?!) direct, and film!

Combine On Camera with another one of our diverse programs for an adventure-filled season at PGT!

Final Showcase: a livestream Screening of our On Camera Class' finished work for family and friends!

HYBRID: Students will have the opportunity to meet in-person in small groups to work in front of and behind the camera.  About PGT Hybrid Programs >>
